Qualifications

Masters level qualification in Educational Leadership or equivalent.
Broad experience in curriculum, pedagogy and leading collaborative cultures.
Proven ability to integrate Catholic beliefs into learning and teaching.
Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading initiatives to improve learning, engagement and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

Co-responsible leadership in creating a vibrant Catholic school culture.
Lead ongoing development of curriculum and teaching practices.
Support teachers to enhance student engagement and wellbeing.
Coach and mentor staff to build professional capability.
Drive school improvement processes to improve student outcomes.
