Job summary

Reflections Urunga is seeking an Assistant Park Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our busy holiday park on the NSW coast. You will lead reception and housekeeping teams, manage bookings, and work closely with the Park Manager to deliver memorable guest experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, people development, and delivering high service standards while maintaining WHS compliance. Experience in hospitality and a valid driver's licence are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the operational excellence through staff training, creating a positive culture for staff & providing great customer service.
• Supervise all park employees and oversee daily work where required.
• Assisting the Park Manager with park financials.
• Conducting routine park inspections including daily walk around and monthly audits as prescribed
• Following WHS guidelines & procedures
