Job summary

Reflections Urunga is seeking an Assistant Park Manager to lead the reception and housekeeping teams and collaborate with the Park Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. You will help manage guest bookings, inquiries and contribute to delivering memorable experiences for guests in a waterfront NSW park.

The role focuses on guest service, staff coordination and maintaining high standards, with opportunities to develop leadership capabilities in a vibrant coastal setting.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/management experience in hospitality or tourism preferred.
• Customer service focus with a guest-centric approach.
• Knowledge of WHS issues and safe work practices.
• Current Driver Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reception and housekeeping teams to deliver welcoming, efficient service.
• Support the Park Manager with day-to-day park operations and guest bookings.
• Coordinate daily priorities and assist with staff scheduling and training.

The Duties

This Assistant Park Manager role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating great guest experiences andkeeping the day-to-day operations of a busy holiday park running smoothly. Witha strong focus on reception and administration, you’ll support guest bookingsand enquiries, coordinate daily priorities and help lead the reception andhousekeeping teams to deliver welcoming and efficient service.

Working closely with the ParkManager and broader park team, you’ll play an important role in maintaininghigh operational standards and contributing to the overall success of the park.If you’re organised, confident with systems, enjoy supporting a team andgenuinely love helping guests, Urunga could be the perfect next step in yourcareer.

A typical day in the role, you may find yourself:

• Beinga part of the operational excellence through staff training, creating apositive culture for staff & providing great customer service.
• Superviseall park employees and oversee daily work where required.
• Assistingthe Park Manager with park financials.
• Conductingroutine park inspections including daily walk around and monthly audits asprescribed
• FollowingWHS guidelines & procedures

What are we looking for?

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

• Demonstrateprevious experience in a supervisory/management role, or senioradministrative role.
• Demonstrateprevious experience working in Hospitality & Tourism, preferably inGuest Services, Housekeeping or Grounds Maintenance.
• Knowledgeof WHS issues and safe work practices
• CurrentDriver Licence
