L’Oréal Luxe Outlet in Richmond on Bridge Road is seeking an Assistant Outlet Store Manager to co-lead daily boutique operations and customer experience. You’ll report to the Store Manager and work a Tuesday to Saturday roster with no late nights, driving an elevated luxury retail environment.

You will mentor the sales team, oversee inventory and merchandising, monitor KPIs, and help achieve daily sales targets while maintaining exceptional client service and seamless floor coverage across peak

A Day in the Life

As our Assistant Store Manager at our Luxe Outlet in Richmond on Bridge Road, you will co-lead daily boutique operations and customer experience, reporting directly to the Store Manager. You will work a Tuesday to Saturday roster with no late nights, setting the pace for an elevated retail environment.

• Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily boutique operations, inventory replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
• Support, coach, and motivate the retail team on the sales floor to deliver tailored consumer consultations across our luxury brand portfolio.
