Job summary

YMCA Yugumbir Outside School Hours Care invites applications for an Assistant Coordinator on a permanent part-time basis. You will support the daily running, lead programming with a child-centered approach, and guide educators to deliver safe, fun, and enriching care.

In this role you will assist the Coordinator with staffing, compliance and administration, while building strong relationships with families, schools and the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience in children's programming and administration.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Currently studying towards a relevant qualification may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily running of the service.
• Assist with child-led, play-based programming.
• Provide guidance to educators and support staffing needs.
• Maintain compliance and support administration processes.
• Engage positively with children, families, schools and the local community.
