Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store. You will assist with daily operations, staff management, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The company provides a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare you for success.

You may work a flexible schedule in a on-site store, with opportunities for advancement into management positions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store under supervision of store leadership.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Support the 3+ weeks of store leadership training and onboarding program.
