ALH Hotels’ Club Tavern in Caboolture seeks an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced, frontline team across dining, gaming, and bar spaces. You’ll drive service standards, supervise a large crew, and create a warm, authentic hospitality experience for locals and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a large hospitality team in a fast-paced venue.
• Strong guest service mindset with a focus on warm, authentic hospitality.
• Experience supervising staff across multiple shifts and areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-tempo floor operation across dining, gaming and bar areas.
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
• Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
• Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
• Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift
