Responsabilidades

• Perform morning shift duties per Opening Sheet
• Monitor store operations and quality standards
• Oversee stocktake, wage sheets, and orders when manager is away
• Maintain health and safety standards and food hygiene
• Train new employees and provide direction to staff
• Maintain equipment and respond to issues promptly
• Implement and manage change in a constructive manner
• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service
• Address customer complaints in absence of the manager
• Ensure store presentation and outdoor areas meet brand standards
