Job summary

Roc Consulting is offering a rare 100% remote role for candidates based in Queensland. The Assistant Manager will manage a high quality client portfolio, review junior staff work, and handle complex tax compliance matters for large, multi-client engagements.

You must be CA/CPA qualified with 6+ years in Australian public practice and be comfortable working remotely from home. We value exceptional communication, presentation skills, and a strong tax technical background, with a dedicated home

POSITION

Due to incredible growth, the position of Assistant Manager has been created.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Manage a high quality client portfolio
• Review the work completed by juinor staff
• Work on complex tax compliance matters

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA Qualified
• 6+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
• Exceptional longevity and employment history (non negotiable)
• Experience with primary production clients would be highly desirable
• Experience with XPM, Xero and various add ons
• Previous experience working remotely from home
• Strong technical tax knowledge
• Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
• Based in QLD
• Excellent home internet and a dedicated home office set up
