Job summary

Betty's Burgers Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to step into the role of Assistant Manager. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the role is pivotal in ensuring effective restaurant operations and delivering the quality Betty's is renowned for.

As Assistant Manager, you will maintain presentation and cleanliness, improve guest satisfaction, manage opening/closing, rostering, timesheets, staffing allocations, and implement training programs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, particularly within high volume operations.
• Experience in engaging, leading and motivating a large team.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/weekends.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.

Betty's is continuing to grow with more and more people wanting to be a part of the Betty's experience. We are now seeking an experienced hospitality professional to step into the role ofAssistantManager!

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, this role will be pivotal in ensuring effective and efficient restaurant operations. The Betty's brand will rely on you to deliver the quality product and service that we have become renowned for.
