We're looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join the team at Vegas in Mulgrave.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality leader who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in fast-paced venues, and is passionate about delivering great customer experiences while supporting and developing a high-performing team.

Working closely with the Venue Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, supporting team leadership, compliance, gaming operations, customer service and overall venue performance.

About The Venue

Enjoy working in our dynamic Sports Bar with numerous screens and a daily TAB. If you're a poker enthusiast, you'll love our Monday night poker events.

Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) is the hospitality arm of the Melbourne Racing Club, managing a growing network of 16 pubs, clubs and hospitality venues across Victoria. Our venues include bistros, sports bars, function spaces and gaming areas, each focused on delivering great hospitality experiences within their local communities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Current Victorian RSG
• Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence
