Job summary

Pegasus Leisure Group operates a network of hospitality venues in Victoria, with Highways in Springvale as a welcoming gaming venue. As a Casual Gaming Attendant, you will help create a positive guest experience, manage cash handling and tills, and uphold responsible gaming standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will join a supportive team, enjoy flexible shifts, and contribute to delivering great hospitality while maintaining presentation and compliance across the gaming room.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Gaming Attendant to join the team at Highways in Springvale on a Casual basis. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, providing outstanding customer experiences, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you. As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests while delivering exceptional service and maintaining presentation, compliance and responsible gaming standards at all times.

Highways is located in the hub of suburban south-east Melbourne on the perimeter of Sportsbet Sandown Racecourse.

Featuring a family friendly bistro with a designated kids play area, great service and a relaxed atmosphere making it the perfect dining experiences for all to enjoy. Along with an extensive modern menu with daily specials, Highways caters to both children and adults alike.

About Us

Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) is the hospitality arm of the Melbourne Racing Club, managing a growing network of 17 pubs, clubs and hospitality venues across Victoria. Our venues include bistros, sports bars, function spaces and gaming areas, each focused on delivering great hospitality experiences within their local communities.

Essential Requirements

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification


• Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) Certificates


• Current Gaming Licence


• Do Food Safely certification, or willingness to obtain
