Job summary

Red Rock Leisure Pty Ltd is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager for our Southbank venue in VIC. You will oversee daily operations across bar and restaurant, manage shifts, and ensure exceptional service while maintaining compliance and financial controls.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer focus, and 2–3 years of equivalent management experience in a high-volume hospitality setting. RSA, cash handling, and weekend availability are essential.

Qualifications

• RSA certification is required.
• 2–3 years of management experience in a bar/restaurant environment.
• Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends.
• Experience with cash handling and end-of-shift procedures.
• Ability to motivate staff and lead by example.
