Job summary

Bank of China Sydney is seeking an energetic Assistant Finance Manager (Management Accounting) to join our Sydney Office on a two-year contract with potential to convert to a permanent role. The role involves coordinating financial KPI performance reviews, monitoring KPI progress, and preparing analyses to support budgeting and decision making.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with at least 3 years of experience in banking or accounting, and possess

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in banking or accounting.
Ability to develop detailed plans and organize multiple tasks.
Excellent verbal and written English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute financial KPI performance reviews for the Bank and BU.
Monitor KPI progress and prepare analyses.
Prepare business development strategies related analysis and report; analyze implementation status.
Review and monitor budget execution and perform analysis to assist decision making.
Prepare financial performance analyses at Bank, Business and BU levels; assist BU to analyze product level.
Prepare market and industry analysis reports for business planning and performance review.
