Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our Charter Hall Office account team on a 12 month contract in Brisbane. This hands-on role offers exposure across a premium commercial portfolio and learning from experienced site-based FM teams.

Based in Brisbane, the role focuses on coordinating maintenance, tenant relationships and contractor coordination while developing technical FM knowledge through mentoring.

• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites.
• Some exposure to building services or contractor coordination is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the day to day operations of multiple commercial office assets across the Brisbane portfolio.
• Provide hub coverage across sites during leave periods and busy operational phases.
• Coordinate planned, preventative and reactive maintenance, site inspections and compliance reporting.
• Build working relationships with tenants, contractors and Charter Hall stakeholders.
• Develop technical FM knowledge through structured mentoring from senior FMs across the account.

In This Role, You Will
