Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager in Sydney to lead day-to-day operations, oversight of technical services, and contractor management across a premium asset. You will drive CAPEX planning, ensure compliance, and monitor asset performance while optimising occupier experience.

This role requires strong knowledge of commercial property operations, budget management, and risk control, with a track record in delivering capital works.

With the development phase complete, this is a unique opportunity to influence operations, optimise performance and elevate occupier experience. As Senior Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of facilities operations, building services, contractor management, compliance, maintenance and asset performance. You'll also play a key role in planning and delivering CAPEX projects and capital works initiatives, helping drive the next stage of the asset's evolution.

About You

• Strong knowledge of technical services, compliance and risk management
• Demonstrated success managing contractors and service partners
• Budget management and financial reporting capability
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services or similar (desirable)
