Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten – Sunbury VIC is seeking an Assistant Educator to support the Kindergarten space with engaging, play-based learning experiences.

This permanent part-time role involves collaborating with Lead Educators, building relationships with children and families, and helping implement EYLF-aligned programs while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.

Competenze

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Experience in an early childhood education setting
• Strong understanding of EYLF and NQF
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Positive, flexible and professional approach

The Opportunity

As an Assistant Educator, you will:

• Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences for children across the Kindergarten age group.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)


• Previous experience working in an early childhood education setting, with at least one year experience.


• A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)


• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• Current Working with Children Check


• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)


• A positive, flexible and professional approach to your work
