Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day treasury operations within the department.
• Provide high‑level specialist advice to support decision‑making on treasury, revenue, tax, receipting and reconciliation issues.
• Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency, internal controls and compliance outcomes.
• Maintain oversight of treasury systems and processes (e.g. CBMS, RBANet, SAP or similar FMIS).
• Build and sustain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
