Anzuk Education is seeking an experienced Assistant Director for our Independent School ELC in Springfield, Sydney, NSW. You will lead day-to-day operations, mentor educators, and drive quality outcomes across the service, partnering with the leadership team to ensure strong family engagement and regulatory compliance.

The role suits an established leader with EYLF, NQF and National Quality Standards knowledge, and a passion for developing people.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualified (ACECQA approved).
• Previous leadership experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF and National Quality Standards.
• Experience mentoring educators.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early childhood leader to join a highly regarded Independent School Early Learning Centre and become part of a supportive and established leadership team.

Working closely with experienced leaders, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, mentoring educators and driving quality outcomes across the service.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced Assistant Director or senior early childhood leader looking to build on their existing leadership experience and take the next step in their career. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of leadership responsibilities, including team development, compliance, occupancy, family engagement and quality improvement.
