Anzuk Education is seeking an Assistant Director for our Independent School ELC in Springfield, Queensland. You will join a supportive leadership team to manage day-to-day operations, mentor educators and drive high-quality outcomes across the service.

The role is ideal for an experienced Assistant Director or senior early childhood leader ready to expand leadership responsibilities, including team development, compliance and family engagement.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early childhood leader to join a highly regarded Independent School Early Learning Centre and become part of a supportive and established leadership team.

Working closely with experienced leaders, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, mentoring educators and driving quality outcomes across the service.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced Assistant Director or senior early childhood leader looking to build on their existing leadership experience and take the next step in their career. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of leadership responsibilities, including team development, compliance, occupancy, family engagement and quality improvement.

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor qualified (ACECQA approved)
• Previous leadership experience within an Early Childhood Education and Care setting
• Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF and National Quality Standards
• Experience mentoring and supporting educators
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive and passionate about delivering quality outcomes for children and families
• An ambitious leader looking to continue developing their skills and progress their career
