Job summary

anzuk Education is seeking an Assistant Director / Educational Leader for Onkaparinga to join a small privately owned ELC in a permanent full-time role or minimum 30 hours per week. You will lead across the early learning and OSHC programs (about 50 children) working closely with the owner and Nominated Supervisor to drive quality, compliance and occupancy growth.

Qualifications

  • ACECQA-approved Diploma or ECT qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in capacity building, occupancy growth, A&R, QIPs, and risk assessments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead across the early learning and OSHC program for ~50 children.

Small privately owned ELC seeking Assistant Director/Educational Leader to step up into their next leadership role

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Assistant Director / Educational Leaderto join the team in a permanent full‑time role or a minimum of 30 hours per week. This position offers genuine scope to step into a future Director role. You’ll lead across both the early learning and OSHC program consisting of about 50 children in total. You’ll work closely with the owner and Nominated Supervisor and will play a key role in driving quality, compliance, and occupancy growth.

  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Current CPR and First Aid
