anzuk Education is seeking an Assistant Director / Educational Leader for Onkaparinga to join a small privately owned ELC in a permanent full-time role or minimum 30 hours per week. You will lead across the early learning and OSHC programs (about 50 children) working closely with the owner and Nominated Supervisor to drive quality, compliance and occupancy growth.

Qualifikationen

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Assistant Director / Educational Leaderto join the team in a permanent full‑time role or a minimum of 30 hours per week. This position offers genuine scope to step into a future Director role. You’ll lead across both the early learning and OSHC program consisting of about 50 children in total. You’ll work closely with the owner and Nominated Supervisor and will play a key role in driving quality, compliance, and occupancy growth.

• Hold an ACECQA‑approved Diploma or ECT qualification
• Bring strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and compliance requirements

• Communicate confidently and work effectively within a team
• Build warm, lasting relationships with children and families
• Be comfortable taking on Educational Leader responsibilities
