Job summary

Anzuk Education is seeking an experienced Assistant Director for our Independent School ELC in Springfield, Sydney, NSW. You will lead day-to-day operations, mentor educators, and drive quality outcomes across the service, partnering with the leadership team to ensure strong family engagement and regulatory compliance.

The role suits an established leader with EYLF, NQF and National Quality Standards knowledge, and a passion for developing people.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualified (ACECQA approved).
• Previous leadership experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF and National Quality Standards.
• Experience mentoring educators.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the leadership team to support the successful operation of the service.
• Lead, mentor and inspire educators to achieve excellence in practice.
• Build meaningful relationships with families and the wider centre community.
