Job description

A role for an experienced leader within the childcare sector. We are searching for a full-time educator to join our team in an on the floor leadership position.

This role a hybrid room leader and assistant director role. We have a flat organisation structure, so do share the day to day roles and responsibilities and it is important everyone works together. Our team culture is vital to fostering a positive work environment for our staff and this also allows for a nurturing learning environment for our children and families.

We use a play based philosophy and curriculum, using structured and spontaneity to create the best learning opportunities for children aged birth to school.

A small family owned and operated early learning centre catering for children from birth to school age. We provide free meals (3 daily), nappies, hats and uniforms and generous staff discounts. We also have a before, afterschool and vacation care program.
