Job summary

Edge Early Learning Administration is seeking an experienced Assistant Director or Educational Leader to partner with the Centre Director, mentoring educators, driving quality practice and delivering outcomes for children and families in Strathalbyn.

You will lead operations, coach staff, maintain National Quality Framework compliance, and represent the service in the Centre Director's absence; qualifications include Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Graduate Diploma/Masters of

• Leadership experience in Long Day Care or educational leadership roles.
• Willingness to work opening/closing shifts and manage operations in the Centre.

Are you an experienced Assistant Director or Educational Leader ready to take the next step in your career? At Edge Early Learning, you'll partner with your Centre Director to lead a high-performing team, inspire quality practice and create exceptional outcomes for children, families and educators.

• Previous leadership experience in a Long Day Care setting is essential.
• You must be available to work opening and/or closing shifts as required.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  OR Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with a minimum 2–3 years’ Educator experience in a long day care setting within Australia
• Leadership experience in Long Day Care.

• Working with Children Check
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
• Relevant Child Safety training
• RRHAN (SA where applicable)
