Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking an Assistant Director to lead and support a dedicated team of educators while ensuring high-quality learning experiences for children. You will partner with the Centre Director to oversee daily operations, guide pedagogy, and drive continuous improvement across programs.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Director (preferred, not essential)
• Knowledge of QikKids and StoryPark (or similar)
• ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
• Working with Children Check (state)
• Child Protection and National Safety Certificates
• First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• National Police Clearance (last 6 months)
• Proda ID and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Available to work rotating shifts 6:30 am–6:30 pm, Mon–Fri

About You:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Director (preferred, not essential)
• Knowledge and experience with QikKids and StoryPark (or similar equivalent platforms)
• A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
• Current and State-relevant Working with Children's Check
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months
• Proda ID and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
