Job summary

Goodstart Croydon South in Melbourne, VIC, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to lead our centre in the Centre Director’s absence and drive quality early learning and care. You will mentor the centre team, collaborate with families and the leadership group, and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to support continuous improvement.

Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
