Job summary

Frasers Property Australia is seeking an Assistant Development Manager in Queensland to lead commercial aspects from feasibility to titling across multi-generational masterplanned communities.

You will partner with Development Directors, monitor costs, optimise margins, and manage reporting. The role requires strong financial acumen, procurement and contract experience, and collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in property development with focus on residential land, civil works, or masterplanned communities.
• Strong cost control and project forecasting skills with commercial administration experience.
• Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction Management, Business, Development or Economics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project reports, forecasts, and quarterly development reports for residential communities.
• Monitor planning, development, and construction costs against budgets to optimise margins.
• Coordinate timelines, pricing structures, and settlements with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist masterplanning and design development to deliver cost-effective, liveable neighbourhoods and manage design reviews.
