Frasers Property Australia is seeking an Assistant Development Manager to help deliver Queensland’s premier residential masterplanned communities. You will engage across the project lifecycle, from feasibility to titling, driving margins while managing cross‑functional teams and commercial risk.

You’ll collaborate with Development Managers and Directors, leading reports, cost control, and stakeholder coordination. A strong commercial mindset and team‑oriented approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in property development, residential land, civil works, or masterplanned communities.
• Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction Management, Business, Development, Economics, or related field.
• Strong contract, procurement, and financial literacy with negotiation skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and ethical team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project reports, forecasts, and quarterly development reports.
• Monitor planning, development, and construction costs against budgets.
• Coordinate timelines with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist with masterplanning, design development, and procurement processes.
