The YMCA Brisbane is seeking an Assistant Coordinator for YMCA St Paul’s Outside School Hours Care on a permanent part-time basis. You’ll support the Coordinator with day-to-day operations, lead programming, and guide a passionate team to deliver safe, fun, and enriching care for children.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Children’s Services or related ECEC/Teaching (or studying towards).
• Experience in children's programming and administration.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Paid Blue Card or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Familiarity with National Quality Framework.

About the role

We are seeking a capable and motivated Assistant Coordinator to join our team at YMCA St Paul's Outside School Hours Care on a permanent part time basis. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Coordinator with day-to-day operations, lead programming, and help guide a passionate team in delivering safe, fun, and enriching care for children.

  What you’ll bring

  • A Diploma in Children’s Services or related ECEC or Teaching qualification (or studying towards)
