Job summary

• Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking each meal and ensuring the prep area and kitchen is cleaned and sanitized at the end of each shift.
• Update the stock records.
• Rotate and use stock as per procedures.
• Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures.
• Communicate to Cook stock levels.

However, passion for food, following Barnacle Bill recipes and directions from your Head Cook is essential to maintaining and delivering the Barnacle Bill high standard of food and customer service standards.
