• Prepping various ingredients such as fish, chicken.
• Collaborating with the Cook to prepare meals.
• Cooking and presenting meals as per the recipes.
• Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking each meal and ensuring the prep area and kitchen is cleaned and sanitized at the end of each shift.
• Update the stock records.
• Rotate and use stock as per procedures.
• Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures.
• Communicate to Cook stock levels.
