Job summary
Advantaged Care - Bondi Beach is seeking an experienced assistant cook to join our culinary team on a permanent part-time basis. You will be the on-duty in-charge chef and drive continual improvement in service delivery and quality.
This role covers annual leave from 2/11/2026 to 12/12/2026 with regular shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10:30–18:30. Immediate start available; no Student Visas with restricted hours.
Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Hospitality/Commercial Cookery required.
- Minimum 6 months cooking experience as Assistant Cook or Relief Chef.
- Previous similar role experience desirable.
- A strong passion for quality and leadership in aged care.
Responsibilities
- Be the on-duty in-charge chef when on shift and lead the kitchen team.
- Contribute to continual improvement in service delivery and quality.
- Support permanent part-time operations with an immediate start.

As the Assistant cook you will be the in-charge chef when on duty and be committed to continual improvement in service delivery and quality. We are offering ongoing permanent part time shifts with an immediate start.
No Student Visas with restricted hours
