Job summary

Advantaged Care Pty Ltd at Barden Lodge in the Sutherland Shire is recruiting a Kitchen Hand on a part-time and casual basis to prepare enjoyable meals for our residents. You will assist with the production and delivery of meals that meet residents' preferences and dietary requirements, under supervision to ensure consistency and quality.

Applicants should hold a Food Safety Certificate and have at least 6 months kitchen experience (aged care experience is preferred).

We are currently recruiting for Kitchen Hands on a part time and casual basis.

Ability to step up to the cook role 1-2 days a week

About the role:

As a Kitchen Hand you assist with the production and delivery of an amazing food experience to our residents in line with their preferences and dietary requirement.

• Food Safety Certificate.
• 6 months kitchen experience preferably in the aged care sector.
• A strong passion for food.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Hard Working, flexible with good availability to cover shifts.

All applicants must be willing to provide a valid police check and undergo a pre-employment medical. The successful candidate will be required to have a flu vaccination in line with government direction.
