QUT is seeking an Assistant Consultant – Engagement Platforms (CRM) to join Digital Business Solutions, Administrative Division. This casual role supports the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of CRM systems within a small team.

The role will triage, investigate, test and resolve incidents, enhancements and requests, and support the teams' planning and knowledge management. Based at Kelvin Grove with Australia-wide work rights encouraged.

• Remuneration: $49.33 to $51.90 per hour (HEW4) inclusive of 25% casual hourly rate loading.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Assistant Consultant – Engagement Platforms (CRM) to join Digital Business Solutions, Administrative Division.

The Assistant Consultant – Engagement Platforms (CRM) will assist in the support of the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of the customer relationship management (CRM) systems. As part of a small team supporting these CRM systems to triage, investigate, test and resolve, while supporting the analysis and closure of incidents, enhancements, and requests. In conjunction with other team members, the role will also support the teams operational planning and knowledge management activities This position will sit within the Student and Stakeholder Engagement portfolio in DBS and will report to the Team Lead, Digital Engagement Platforms for supervision and workload management as appropriate.

• Demonstrated strong attention to detail to deliver outcomes within given timeframes.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to find practical solutions to problems.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients and queries.
• High level of digital literacy including the ability to effectively use Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn and effectively navigate multiple complex business information systems.
