Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Track record in customer service and sales performance.
• Experience across leisure facilities or similar venues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the centre in the absence of the Centre Manager.
• Drive centre attendance and program participation.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance with WHS guidelines and NSW regulations.
• Oversee customer experience, learn-to-swim programs, and pool operations.
