Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Centre Manager for the Dayboro facility to lead operations, people and finances year-round. You will drive exceptional customer experience, manage the centre and community relationships, and ensure delivery against contract requirements.

The role requires leadership experience in leisure facilities, strong communication, risk and safety awareness, and capability to plan operational and financial activities with a hands-on management style.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in leisure or aquatic facilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Ability to plan and execute operational, financial and people plans.
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check required.
• Legally permitted to work in Australia; CPR and First Aid certificates current.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted performance targets.
• Maintain a high-value relationship with council partner.
• Implement a high-value customer service proposition for clients.
• Lead a high-performance, community-minded culture through visible leadership.
• Train staff to ensure capability and objectives are met.
