Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Aquatic Operations Manager to lead all aspects of the Auburn Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre and its aquatics team. The role combines hands-on supervision of lifeguard staff, compliance with health and safety guidelines, and ongoing maintenance planning to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in aquatics and operations leadership.
• Proven ability to lead teams and foster a positive team environment.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Lifeguard supervision across the venue.
• Review and improve supervision plans and training schedules.
• Ensure pool water quality complies with NSW Health Guidelines.
• Maintain equipment and pool plant systems.
• Execute the Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
• Manage budgets and prepare required reports.
• Uphold safety standards and OHS requirements.
