Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to join our Centre Leadership Team. The role focuses on people, process revenue, and operational elements of a recreation and/or aquatic centre.

You will lead in the Centre Manager's absence, oversee customer experience, 360 products, learn to swim, health and safety, and pool operations, driving attendance and program participation while ensuring WHS compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience across Health, Fitness, Aquatics, Hospitality, Tourism, Retail or Business.
• Proven team leadership and ability to develop others.
• Excellent customer service, sales, and KPI achievement.

Responsibilities

• Lead centre operations in the absence of the Centre Manager.
• Drive centre-wide results across customer experience, Learn to Swim, and programs.
• Ensure WHS compliance and risk management.
• Support attendance and program participation growth.
• Work within the City of Sydney Contract framework.
