Milestones Early Learning Cooroy is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to lead daily operations, support educators, children and families, and drive occupancy in partnership with the Affinity Education Group. Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Proven experience in an Assistant Centre Manager or Educational leadership role.
• Current Working with Children's Check.
• Ability to achieve business targets while maintaining safety, compliance, and quality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day centre operations in line with company policies while meeting compliance and financial targets.
• Build lasting relationships with families and the local community to drive occupancy growth.
