Job summary

Milestones Cooroy, part of Affinity Education Group, seeks an experienced Centre Manager to lead day-to-day operations with a positive, high-performing culture. You will steer educators and leaders while focusing on occupancy growth, community engagement and exceptional outcomes for children and families.

You will bring a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-equivalent), strong leadership skills, and a commitment to compliance and child safety, ensuring the centre sustains

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Centre Manager or in a senior leadership role within early education.
• Current Working with Children’s Check is required.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving occupancy and business targets.
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to compliance, quality improvement and child safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a passionate team of educators and leaders.
• Drive occupancy growth through strong community engagement and family partnerships.
• Manage centre operations, budgets and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Affinity policies.
