Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification).
• Proven experience in an Assistant Centre Manager or Educational leadership role.
• Current Working with Children's Check.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve business targets while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and quality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the centre in line with policies and procedures, achieving compliance and financial targets.
• Build relationships with families and the local community to drive occupancy growth.
• Lead, mentor and inspire the team to achieve high-quality outcomes in line with the National Quality Standards.
• Foster a positive culture focused on collaboration, professional growth and exceptional educational outcomes for children.
