Job summary

Affinity Education Group is seeking a dynamic People Leader to guide educators and families across our childcare centres in NSW. You will drive day-to-day operations, community engagement and occupancy growth, while upholding child-safe practices and high-quality service.

The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, strong Centre Manager experience, and a current Working with Children’s Check.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
• Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
• Current Working with Children’s Check is required.
• Experience in achieving targets and meeting safety/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with policy and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
• Build lasting connections with the local community, families, and use marketing to increase occupancy of the service.
• Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About the Role

• Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
