Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking an Assistant Centre Director at Rumpus Room Marks Point. You will work closely with the Centre Director and Leadership Team to ensure a safe, stimulating environment and strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards).
• Experience in a long day-care centre in a senior/leadership role.
• Solid knowledge of the NQF and the EYLF and their implementation.
• Budget and financial accountability experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Leadership Team to create a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with families to keep them informed about their children's education.
• Foster a culture of quality and safety to position Guardian as the centre of choice.
• Drive business performance to enable Guardian to reinvest in high-quality education.
• Collaborate with the Centre Director and Leadership Team on program development.
