Guardian Manly West seeks an Assistant Centre Director to lead with passion and mould a learning-focused culture. You will work with Educators, families, and leadership to ensure safe, engaging programs that reflect Guardian’s mindsets of bravery, positivity and professionalism.

You’ll support budget decisions, mentor staff, and contribute to high-quality education across the centre while promoting a strong community connection.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Children’s Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or currently working towards).
• Experience in a long day-care centre in a senior or leadership role.
• Solid knowledge of the NQF and the EYLF.
• Budget and financial accountability experience.
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and Working with Children check.

• Support the Centre Leadership Team to create a safe, secure environment for children to explore bravely and imaginatively.
• Build lasting relationships with families so they feel informed and confident about their children’s care and learning.
• Contribute to a culture of quality and safety that positions Guardian as the centre of choice in the community.
• Collaborate with the Centre Director and Educators to share best practice and drive program improvement.
• Support decisions on resourcing and the education environment to enhance outcomes for children.
