Job summary

L’Occitane en Provence is seeking a full-time Assistant Boutique Manager for our Miranda Boutique. You will support the Boutique Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, maintaining brand standards, driving sales KPIs, and managing stock and visual merchandising. Strong communication and team motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a similar retail role.
• Experience as an assistant manager or in a similar management position.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Understanding of KPIs and the ability to analyse and report figures.
• Skin care experience is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the boutique.
• Ensure the highest level of service is given to guests, measured against set objectives.
• Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest-first experience.
• Execute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelines.
• Lead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
