L'Occitane Miranda Boutique in Sydney is seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead daily operations and inspire a high‑performing team. You will ensure a guest‑first experience, manage stock and visual merchandising, and drive sales targets with KPI‑driven reporting.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business.
• Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures.
• Skin care experience is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the boutique's operations
• Ensure the highest level of service is given to our guests, measured against set objectives
• Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest-first experience
• Execute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelines
• Administrative responsibility for weekly boutique reporting
• Lead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
