Job summary

L’Occitane En Provence Australia & New Zealand is seeking a passionate Full-Time Assistant Boutique Manager for our Miranda Boutique. You will support the Boutique Manager to inspire a high-performing team, oversee daily operations and deliver an elevated guest experience.

You will coach staff, drive sales KPIs, manage visuals and stock, and uphold brand standards. Experience in retail leadership and excellent communication are essential; skincare interest is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures.
• A minimum of 1 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business.

• Ensure the highest level of service is given to our guests, measured against set objectives
• Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs

About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Time Assistant Boutique Manager to help lead the daily operations of our Miranda Boutique. In this key role, you’ll support the Boutique Manager to inspire and guide a high-performing team, ensuring seamless boutique operations and delivering an elevated, memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the boutique

About You

• Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role

• Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures


• Skin care experience is ideal but not essential
