The Assistant Boutique Leader at SHEIKE plays a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on coaching and delivering exceptional service on the shop floor.

You'll support the Boutique Leader with daily operations, maintain brand standards, and lead by example in styling, greetings and selling, while developing the team toward future leadership opportunities. This role also involves rostering, stock integrity, VM, and participating in campaigns and promotions to drive sales in Sydney.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer experiences aligned to the SHEIKE brand.
• Lead by example with greetings, styling and fitting room engagement.
• Coach team on service and selling behaviours; escalate as needed.
• Step in as leader in the Boutique Leader's absence.
• Support rostering, stock integrity, and visual standards.
• Drive campaigns, promotions and sale activities.
• Develop capability toward future Boutique Leadership.
