Job summary

SHEIKE is seeking a Boutique Leader to drive a high-performing store that delivers exceptional customer experiences, strong commercial results, and a positive, values-led team culture. You will lead by example on styling, product knowledge and service behaviours while coaching a dynamic team to achieve sales goals.

In this role you will manage performance, rostering, and store operations, ensuring visual standards, stock integrity and loss prevention are upheld in line with SHEIKE expectations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high-quality customer experiences aligned to the SHEIKE brand.
• Ensure genuine, confident customer engagement from first greeting through to fitting room and close of sale.
• Lead by example in styling, product knowledge and service behaviours.
• Actively role model SHEIKE’s styling and selling standards on the floor.
• Drive conversion and ATV metrics.
• Recruit, onboard and develop a high-performing Boutique team.
• Coach and performance-manage team members in line with SHEIKE expectations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, recognition and continuous feedback.
• Create role clarity, standards and expectations for all team members.
• Support team wellbeing through effective rostering and workload management.
• Manage Boutique wages within budget and create effective rosters.
• Balance cost control with service excellence and ensure compliance with payroll requirements.
• Maintain high stock integrity and lead loss prevention efforts.
• Ensure visual standards reflect brand guidelines and VM direction.

This role brings the SHEIKE brand to life on the Boutique floor - inspiring customers to look and feel their best, while developing and leading a team that consistently deliver on sales, conversion and sales outcomes.

Wages & Rostering

• Manage Boutique wages within budget
• Create effective rosters that align to traffic patterns, conversion opportunitiesand customer demand

• Ensure compliance with all award, payroll and rostering requirements

Stock Integrity & Loss Prevention

• Maintain high standards of stock accuracy and integrity
• Proactively manage shrinkage through strong processes and team accountability
• Ensure all stock movements, transfers and deliveries are actioned accurately
• Lead by example in adherence to loss prevention standards and procedures

Visual & Operational Excellence

• Ensure visual standards reflect SHEIKE brand guidelines and VM direction
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe store environment at all times
• Ensure fitting rooms, back of house and customer areas are consistentlypresented
• Execute promotions, campaigns and sale activity accurately and on time
