Wishbone on Bourke Street in Melbourne is opening its doors, seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to lead front-of-house operations from day one and deliver exceptional service.

You will manage stock and ordering, curate cocktails, beer and spirits knowledge, and ensure guest satisfaction during busy service. RSA certification is required, and weekend/public holiday shifts are part of the role. Join Lucas Collective's expanding portfolio and help build a standout venue.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an Assistant Bar Manager in a premium venue.
• Strong knowledge in cocktails, beer and spirits.
• Experience with ordering and stocktake.
• Exceptional service skills and guest focused.
• Adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods.
• Proven ability in building effective relationships.
• Organisational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation.
• Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
